About Keele University
Keele University is a public university founded in 1949 in Staffordshire, England, after World War II by Lord Lindsay, former Vice-Chancellor of Oxford University. In 1962, it gained the Royal Charter. The largest campus university in the UK, Keele, is known for the UK’s dual honours degree system, which means students can study two subjects together. The main intention of establishing Keele University was to educate students so that they can contribute to improving the world by understanding subject knowledge, society, and politics.
