About University of West London
The University of West London is a research-based public university in the United Kingdom that has 150 years of teaching history. This institution was established in 1860 as the Lady Byron School, and slowly grew into a large university. In 1992, it achieved university status and later changed its name to the University of West London in 2011. In recent years, the West London campus has significantly improved. 80% of their research is rated as world-leading (4*) or internationally excellent (3*) in the latest Government Research Excellence Framework (REF) assessment.
