Hartpury University and Hartpury College provide a broad range of verified student support services to help students succeed academically and also develop personally. Students are assigned an academic tutor on arrival to support their study goals and settling in well, and the Achievement and Success Centre offers study skills workshops, one‑to‑one appointments and guidance through academic challenges. The Student Zone provides a central point for wellbeing, finance, accommodation, IT and general enquiries. Disability and learning support is available for those with diagnosed needs, with help accessing Disabled Students’ Allowances. Wellbeing teams, counsellors and the 24/7 Student Assistance Programme offer mental health and personal support. Other support services also include financial guidance.
