When Do Top-up Degree Courses Start in the UK?
The September intake is the primary entry point for Top-up degrees in the UK for Indian students, wherein they can choose from the widest range of programmes and universities.
The January intake is also offered by several universities, though the range of available Top-up programmes is more limited than in September. It remains a viable option for students whose circumstances make a September start unsuitable.
The May intake is available at select institutions only. Students interested in this intake should confirm availability directly with their chosen university before making any plans around it.
Most universities arrange orientation sessions before the start of term, giving international students time to familiarise themselves with their new academic environment.
