On-campus accommodation is guaranteed for all first-year students at the University of Hertfordshire, subject to application by the required deadline. Halls of residence are available at both the College Lane and de Havilland campuses, with options including flats, houses, and traditional corridor halls. Students can choose to live at either campus regardless of where their course is based. All on-campus accommodation includes Wi-Fi and a secure, managed environment with 24-hour support. Off-campus accommodation is also available at Ridgeview Lodge, a short drive from campus, and there are private rented properties and lodging with local families available in the surrounding area.
