About Regent's University London
Regent's University London is a private university inside Regent's Park, one of London's royal parks. It is one of only six private universities in the UK.
The site was originally home to Bedford College, the first higher education institution for women in Britain. In 1984, Rockford College in Illinois took it over and founded Regent's College. It became a full university in 2013.
Today, Regent's University London is part of Galileo Global Education. Around 2,500 students from over 130 countries study here. The university holds TEF Silver and became a certified B Corp in 2025.
Why Regent's University London for Kenyan Students
For a Kenyan student who wants to study at a small university where lecturers know their name, Regent's University London is hard to beat. The campus has around 2,500 students, which is tiny by London standards, and 86% of graduates end up in graduate-level jobs within six months of finishing.
